When you subscribe to Sora Andromeda’s Space Adventure, you’ll receive a new letter from Sora Andromeda, our space explorer, every month! You can choose between a monthly or yearly subscription. If you choose monthly, you’ll be automatically charged each month, and a letter will be sent out during the first week of each month. If you choose a yearly subscription, you’ll save 15% and be billed once a year. The story continues each month, with new adventures and discoveries. Shipping is included in the subscription cost, and the letters are sent from Canada.

If you are purchasing a 1 year gift subscription, then you will not be billed again.  Your gift recipient will enjoy Sora’s adventure for 12 months, after which the subscription will end.

We mail out letters around the 15th of each month.  If you place your order anytime between the 1st and 15th of the month, we will send your letter out on the 15th of that month.  If you place your order after the 15th of the month, we will mail out your letter immediately, and your next letter will be mailed out on the 15th of the next month.  You can request a future mail-out date for the first letter if this is a gift for a special occasion, just make a note on the checkout page, or reach out to us by email after placing the order.

Delivery times depend on where you are in the world. Letters are sent from Canada and can take up to two weeks to arrive, depending on your location. Please be patient—it’s worth the wait!

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you’re on a monthly plan, your cancellation will take effect the following month. For yearly subscribers, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current term, and then it won’t renew.

These letters are designed for kids aged 8 to 13, but they can be enjoyed by anyone who loves space and adventure. As long as the child can read independently, they’re perfect! Even younger kids can enjoy the story when shared with family, and adults will find plenty to love too.

Each letter is addressed to a single child, but you can include multiple names in the address field (e.g., “Name 1 & Name 2”). While we encourage you to share the story with your family, each subscription is intended for one recipient. You can always order multiple subscriptions if you want each child to receive their own letter.

We understand that you may want to share Sora’s story with others, and we’re thrilled that you’re excited about the adventure! While you’re welcome to share your letters with family and friends, please don’t copy or distribute them. These are copyrighted works, and we rely on your support to keep the story going.

We have a 100% delivery guarantee! If your letter doesn’t arrive, we’ll send a replacement right away or, if needed, provide a digital copy. If delivery issues continue, we’ll offer a full refund.

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew based on your chosen plan. Monthly subscriptions renew each month, and yearly subscriptions renew each year. You’ll never get the same story twice, as new adventures are added every month!

The gift subscription is a six-month or one-year plan that does not automatically renew. When you purchase a gift subscription, you’ll enter the recipient’s mailing address and name. Each month, they’ll receive a new letter from Sora Andromeda, full of exciting space adventures and discoveries!

As a bonus, we’ll send you a PDF via email right after your purchase. This includes Sora’s initial letter, introducing her mission and explaining what the recipient will receive each month. You can print this out and give it to them right away, so they have something special in-hand while waiting for their first letter to arrive!

Renewals:

• All subscriptions, except non-renewing gift subscriptions, renew automatically.
• You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime via your account, but no refunds will be issued since letters are sent in advance.
• For yearly subscriptions, cancellations must be made within the first 3 months. After 3 letters have been sent, refunds are no longer available.

Cancellation:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by emailing us.
• A cancellation confirmation will be sent by email. If you don’t receive it, log into your account to check the status or contact us for assistance.
• If you are billed again after cancellation, contact us immediately for a review.

Lost or Damaged Letters:

• Damaged Letters: Damaged letters will be replaced at no cost. If postal issues repeatedly cause damage, we may offer alternative delivery options.
• Lost Letters: If a letter is lost, we will send a replacement for free. If postal problems persist, we will provide alternate solutions.

Incorrect Address:

• If you provided the wrong address during checkout, notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 3 months after the subscription starts. We will resend the letters to the correct address one time at no extra charge, but no refunds are available.

Address Changes:

• You are responsible for informing us of address changes. If letters were not delivered due to an address change, we will resend up to 3 months of letters. Refunds are not available for address change issues.
